Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Alpha Dex (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Eligibility Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Alpha Dex is a simulated trading platform. Token positions are recorded against live market data from third-party providers (e.g. DexScreener), but no actual cryptocurrency is purchased, sold, or custodied on your behalf. "Alpha" and "Omega" are in-app credits with no cash value outside the platform.

3. Cash Tournaments (Paid Skill Contests)

Cash Tournaments are paid skill-based trading contests. The outcome of each contest is determined predominantly by the skill of the participant — your ability to identify, time, and size simulated trades against live market data. Cash Tournaments are not games of chance and are not gambling.

  • Each tournament has a fixed entry fee charged through Stripe.
  • A tournament begins when at least the minimum number of participants (10) have paid. If the minimum is not met by the start time, the contest is cancelled and entry fees are refunded.
  • The prize pool is composed of paid entry fees, distributed: 60% to 1st place, 20% to 2nd place, 10% to 3rd place. Alpha Dex retains 10% of the pool as a service fee.
  • Winnings are credited to your Cash Wallet, redeemable to your original payment method subject to the Refund Policy.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (21+ where required by your jurisdiction), be the rightful owner of the payment method used, and not be located in a Restricted Jurisdiction. See Eligibility for the current list.

5. Fair Play & Account Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, or automation to enter trades; (b) operate multiple accounts; (c) collude with other participants; (d) exploit bugs or pricing glitches. We may void any entry, refund or withhold any prize, and suspend or terminate any account for violations.

6. No Investment Advice

Nothing on Alpha Dex constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Simulated performance is not indicative of real-world results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Dex and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (i) fees you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim, or (ii) US $100.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or risk to other users or to the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
