Eligibility

Age

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any Cash Tournament. Where local law requires a higher age (typically 21), that age applies.

Restricted US States

Cash Tournaments are currently not available to residents of, or persons physically located in, the following US states:

AZ, AR, CT, DE, ID, IA, LA, MT, SD, TN, WA

These jurisdictions have laws that either prohibit, or have not yet clearly authorized, paid skill-based trading contests of this type. The list may change as laws evolve. Players in those states may still use the free Alpha competitions.

International

Cash Tournaments are available to participants outside the United States only where paid skill-based contests are lawful under local law. You are solely responsible for confirming legality in your jurisdiction before entering. We may block specific countries at any time.

Account Requirements

• One account per person. Multi-accounting is grounds for forfeit and ban.
• The payment method must be in your own name.
• You must not be on a self-exclusion list maintained by Alpha Dex.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Alpha Dex are ineligible.

Verification

We may at any time request reasonable verification of identity, age, and location, including but not limited to a government-issued ID and proof of address. Failure to provide verification within 30 days may result in account suspension and refund of any Cash Wallet balance to the originating payment method.
