Alpha Top-Ups

Alpha is a non-refundable, non-transferable digital in-app credit. Once a top-up has been credited to your account, it is final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or cash equivalents for unused Alpha.

Cash Tournament Entry Fees

• Cancelled contests: if a Cash Tournament does not reach the 10-player minimum by its start time, all paid entry fees are automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Started contests: once a contest has begun, the entry fee is non-refundable regardless of your result.
• Disqualification: if your entry is voided for violation of our Terms of Service, the entry fee is forfeit.

Cash Wallet Winnings

Winnings credited to your Cash Wallet may be redeemed at any time, subject to identity verification and applicable limits. Redemptions are processed as refunds to the original payment method(s) you used for Cash Tournament entries, up to the total amount you have paid. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days. Minimum redemption: $1.00. Maximum per request: $5,000.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a valid contest entry or top-up may result in your account being suspended pending investigation. Please contact support first — we'll work to resolve any issue directly.

How to Request

For Cash Wallet redemptions, use the Redeem button on your Profile page. For all other refund inquiries, email support@alpha-dex.live with your order/transaction ID.
