Information We Collect

Account data: email address, username, password (hashed), avatar.
Compliance data: age confirmation, state of residence, self-exclusion status.
Payment data: we never store full card numbers. Stripe handles all card data and provides us a token, the last 4 digits, brand, and payment status.
Activity: simulated trades, contest entries, results, balances.
Technical: IP address, browser, device, cookies for session and analytics.

How We Use It

To operate the Service, process payments and refunds, run contests, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.

Sharing

We share data with Stripe (payments), our cloud infrastructure providers, and law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data by contacting support@alpha-dex.live. Residents of California, the EU/EEA/UK, and similar jurisdictions have additional rights including data portability and the right to object to processing.

Children

Alpha Dex is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
